Clearly yes; all five(5) patents we own are still in place for the upcoming years in the US; covering the device itself, the machine technology to manufacture and pack them and the formulations (three different antibiotics) have been bought from the former owner by DS-Technology;

The regulations changed since the first marketing authorizations have been granted, these dossiers need to be partly reworked or amended. However, this effort is far less time consuming than doing a new dossier from scratch;
